At Peak Eyecare, we love our local community, and care deeply about the people who call La Plata County home. We desire to help people thrive, both inside and out of our office. This is why we donate 2% of every glasses purchase to local non-profits that serve our community.

In an effort to bring awareness and support to the several renowned charities that benefit our neighbors of La Plata County, we will be choosing a different charity to donate to every quarter. Here at Peak, we care about our patients and their passions. You are what makes this community, our community, so incredible. 

For the second quarter of 2026, we will be donating 2% of our total glasses sales to the Durango Dementia Coalition! DDC’s Mission is to connect the dots to make care and resources more accessible to people living with dementia and their care partners in Southwest Colorado. Our goals are (1) to destigmatize dementia; (2) promote services for people living with dementia and care partners; and (3) craft an inclusive culture for people with dementia.
